Ghana Health Service Appoints Adepa of Ghana's Most Beautiful Fame as Cervical Cancer Ambassador

Western Region's Representative in the 2018 edition of Ghana's Most Beautiful beauty pageant, Miss Adepa has been appointed by Ghana Health Service as Cervical Cancer Ambassador.
In a letter sighted by madeintaadi.blogspot.com, Dr Patrick Kumah-Aboagye, the Director-General of the service, revealed that Adepa's Ambassadorial appointment was based on her past advocacy roles in awareness creation, prevention and control of cervical cancer in Ghana.

In her current position, the service will engage her in creating more awareness on this deadly disease which reportedly ranks 2nd as killer of women living in Ghana by claiming four lives on daily basis.
She is expected to use her new appointment to extend her ongoing activities assigned to her under her Miss Globe Projects. It will be recalled that, Adepa represented Ghana in the 45th Miss Globe beauty pageant, held in Beijing, China in 2018.

She is expected to liaise with the Non-communicable disease department of the Ghana Health service to achieve these goals.
Born Deborah Amoabeah Nti, Miss Adepa hails from Sefwi Wiawso in the Western North region.
She is a final year student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Through The Adepa Factor, a nonprofit non governmental organisation which she operates, she has successfully organized series of programs on Cervical cancer in Ghana.
