COMEDY WITH FOSTER AND DKB SET FOR CAPE COAST IN SEPTEMBER


Bishop's Party Crew in collaboration with Samrit Hotel have indicated that all is set for the most anticipated comedy show to hit Cape Coast.


The event is slated as follows:
Date: Friday 29th of September, 2017
Venue: Samrit Hotel Conference Hall
Time: 7pm - 10pm
Rate: GH¢ 30.00 (Single) and GH¢ 50.00 (Couple)

Headline Acts:


1. Foster Romanus. Known in real life as Foster Amponsah, whose stage name he explains as "R- for Romanus, O- for Omanus, M- for Manus, A- for Anus, N- for nus, U- for oos and S- for iss", is considered as one of Ghana's best stand up comedian. He was discovered at the Stars of the Future reality show. He has featured in many high profile comedy shows both home and abroad. Some of his famous shows are Comedy fiesta, MTN night of laughs and music, DKB Comedy tour and the comedy bar.


2. DKB. His stage name happens to be the initials of his real name Derrick Kobina Bonney. He started comedy on Legon campus and became more popular during his days at the 2012 Big Brother Africa Stargame. Many Ghanaians have crowned him Ghana's Comedy King. He has performed on big platforms like the Ghana Movie Award, Rapperholic concert, MTN night of laughs and music and his own DKB live annual event.

Aftermath:
On Saturday, 30th September, 2017 from 10pm, will be All Black Affair which will happen at the Presidential Palace inside Samrit Hotel. Celebrities who will be repping live at the club include DKB, James Gardiner, Benedicta Gafah, John Dumelo, DJ Lotto Bills (Official DJ for Bisa Kdei), Snow B, Foster Romanus, Biggy and Takoradi's best Club DJ, DJ Kenny.

Kwabena Lyta Wins Best Hiplife Song at 2019 Edition of Western Music Awards

Poster of Kwabena Lyta for 2019 RTC WMA Sefwi Boy Movement President Kwabena Lyta last Saturday was awarded Best Hiplife Song Title at the 2019 Edition of the RTC Western Music Awards which was organised at Best Western Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi. His song Ngrakers beat top Takoradi-based artists such as Ayesem, Yaw Lucas and Aya in the Best Hiplife Song of the year category.
