Former President Mahama's Convoy renders 13-year old girl disabled, Mother cries for help.

File Photo In the run-up to 2016 general elections, Ex-President John Dramani Mahama toured the length and breadth of Ghana to campaign to electorates to retain him for the second term. As a sitting president we all witnessed the long convoy which accompanied him to the nooks and crannies of Ghana. During a stopover at Asankrangwa in the Western region, a car from his convoy knocked down a 13-year old primary 4 pupil of the Buadum Primary school. The girl who has been identified as Joyce have remained crippled since the gory accident in 2016. Due to her current medical condition she has dropped out of school. Joyce’s mother who have abandoned her farms narrates that Joyce was staying with a foster mother in Asankrangwa and had been sent by the foster mother to go and sell pure water at the rally grounds when the ex-president arrived in the town.
