Ghana Health Service Appoints Adepa of Ghana's Most Beautiful Fame as Cervical Cancer Ambassador

Miss Adepa in April 2019 Western Region's Representative in the 2018 edition of Ghana's Most Beautiful beauty pageant, Miss Adepa has been appointed by Ghana Health Service as Cervical Cancer Ambassador. In a letter sighted by madeintaadi.blogspot.com , Dr Patrick Kumah-Aboagye, the Director-General of the service, revealed that Adepa's Ambassadorial appointment was based on her past advocacy roles in awareness creation, prevention and control of cervical cancer in Ghana. Miss Adepa with Dr Nsiah-Asare, former Director-General of Ghana Health Service  In her current position, the service will engage her in creating more awareness on this deadly disease which reportedly ranks 2nd as killer of women living in Ghana by claiming four lives on daily basis.  She is expected to use her new appointment to extend her ongoing activities assigned to her under her Miss Globe Projects. Miss Irene Devine Dzirasa During a Speech Delivery at the Graduation The University of Health and Allied Health (UHAS) has adjudged Ms. Irene Devine Dzirasa, a Public Health Nutrition graduate as the Valedictorian at the school's 2nd session of 4th Congregation held today at Sokode, Ho. She graduated with a final grade point average of 3.79. Ms. Irene revealed in a speech that her parent divorced at age 8 and by 15, she had lost her dad, whom she was living with at Kintampo. She added that, an admission letter she received on behalf of her late dad from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine in 2005 has been her motivation towards academic excellence. Before enrolling into UHAS in 2017, she was and still the Municipal Nutrition Officer at Hohoe Municipal Health Directorate. Kwabena Lyta and Yaa Jackson  Management of Kwabena Lyta has indicated that his new song which features Yaa Jackson will finally be released this coming Friday, 17th January, 2019. The love song titled More Love which happens to be his first song in the year 2020 was produced by renowned sound engineer, QholaBeatz. In a video circulating on YouTube, Yaa Jackson was heard singing: "so many boys but I chose. Say you will be my boo boo". Madeintaadi  has chanced upon a video which shows Western North Artist of the year, Kwabena Lyta and sensational Kumasi-based female artist Yaa Jackson in the studio. Although management of the two camps are tight-lipped about the video, reliable sources close to the musicians have disclosed that Yaa Jackson sang in Sefwi language, a move which was inspired by her admiration for the dialect. We cannot categorically state at this juncture, which of the two musicians exclusively owns the love song. However, snippets show Yaa Jackson saying "so many boys but I chose. Kwabena Lyta Wins Big at Western North Region Anniversary Celebration

Western North Artist of the Year plaque The leader of Sefwi Boy Movement, Kwabena Lyta has been adjudged 2019 Western North Artist of the Year at first anniversary celebration of the creation of Western North region. The event took place on the 28th of December, 2019 at Sefwi Wiawso, the regional capital.  In an exclusive interview with Lyta, he revealed that the year 2019 has been successful for him since he got the chance to collaborate with top artistes like Fameye and Ypee. He stated that: "aside this award, I was also honored with two other prestigious awards in 2019... one, the RTC Western Music Award Hip Life song of the year and second, a citation from my alma mater (UDS Navrongo Campus) for serving as an Entertainment Committee Chairman 2017/2018 academic year" He thanked the Almighty God for the musical talent, the chiefs and people for the recognition and his teeming supporters for their continuous support in his musical career.
