Cover Photo of the song The fast rising Ghanaian artiste from Sefwi Dwinase in the Western region with the stage name KWABENA LYTA released a song called "S3KYEBL3" which is Sefwi language and literally translated as "Spoil there". The song featured Mr. Linquai and was produced by Qhola Beatz.  About 53 seconds into the song, the Sefwiboi Music icon talks about the fact that even though he comes from Dwinase and does not come from Sefwi Wiawso, his haters wished he gets bad luck. "Dwinase boy b) me nde Wiawso koso me haters b3susu mene t33" Coincidentally, Susumenet33 is a suburb located in Sefwi Wiawso. This coincidence have made some people living in the suburb conclude that Kwabena Lyta was clandestinely dissing them in the track. The camp of Sefwiboi Music (SBM) in an interview have stated that: "We are humbly saying to the people of Susumenetee that the line in question was not directed to them and we will never do anything

THIS IS WHY OSIBISA LIVE IN CONCERT SHOW FLOPPED IN TAKORADI

Image
Living here in Takoradi for few years, I have witnessed shows and concerts that sold out thousands of seats and broke records in the oil-city.  Take for instance,  Uncle Ebo Whyte's one million Pounds play at Atlantic hotel,  the premiere of Amakye and Dede at Akroma Plaza, 2017 Rush Western Music Award at Atlantic hotel, and the recent premiere of Kejetia vs Makola at Atlantic hotel. There is no argument about the fact that entertainment shows are massive money-makers, not only for the artists themselves but for the promoters and venue owners too.  On a good day, concerts are great for both the patrons as well as the organizers. B ut sometimes things do not go as intended, thereby resulting in a total flop of the show. T he truth is that it is much easier for a show to flop than it to be successful. After headlining and giving a spectacular performance at the 2017 edition of Exclusive Men of the Year Awards (EMYs) with Ivorian Freddy Meiway, Osibisa band made a stop
