Cinemanuel Studios in association with Ideas Films and K-Mag Productions say their much awaited short film SANE is ready and would be released soon.

SYNOPSIS

Afiba (played by young actress Sheilla Ashong), is a 23 year old graduate who falls in love with her best friend, Kobby (played by Godwin Hayford Labronzy).

She later suffers a mental health condition and as such loses most of her friends. But Kobby accepts her in her current condition and that makes her feel much comfortable.

Afiba’s parents on the other hand pay very little attention to their daughter’s social and emotional needs.

One day Afiba's dad returns from work and catches her daughter kissing Kobby in the kitchen. This makes him angry and threatens Kobby to stay away from her daughter.

Fearing this might end her relationship with Kobby, Afiba comes up with a plan to kill her father in hopes to get Kobby’s attention.

Will the plan workout for Mentally Unstable Afiba?

What becomes of his relationship with Kobby after he discovers this plan by her girlfriend?
